Isnaad is the chain of transmission by which a report is authenticated, each link known, each link accountable. We apply that principle to development finance.

Somalia's recovery depends on capital and capability reaching the institutions that can use them, and on every shilling being accounted for. Isnaad moves both: finance and expertise, delivered with verifiable accountability, and ethical, interest-free instruments that connect Gulf capital to Somali development.

Why Isnaad · Why now

The licensed local partner Somalia's development needs.

Capital and expertise are ready to flow into Somalia, what's been missing is an accountable, on-the-ground partner who can prove where they go.

  • 01

Somalia is rebuilding its institutions, and the capital and capability to do it must reach them accountably.

  • 02

A new regulatory foundation is in place: the Financial Institutions Law (2025), the NDMFI regime, and the Data Protection Act (2023). Formal finance finally has rails.

  • 03

Donors, the UN, and Gulf partners are ready to invest, but they need a licensed, on-the-ground partner who can prove where the money goes.

  • 04

Isnaad is that partner: licensed for development finance, Somali-owned, with delivery built to be verifiable.
